All payments made in advance for any activity or Gym Membership are non refundable and no reductions are available for missed sessions on future bookings.

No reductions are available in length or size on any packages.

We do not have ‘holiday periods’ within gym/activity packages. Payment is in advance for any membership package.

No gym inductions can be booked or delivered until payments are received.

We are a family friendly centre and do not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour, failure to comply will result in cancellation of membership with no refund.
